From mailbox to cited answer in four steps.

Add your mailbox with its IMAP and SMTP settings. Presets fill them in for common providers, and any other IMAP provider works too.

Index
Quri indexes Inbox, Sent and Archive, newest mail first. Recent mail is searchable within minutes while older mail keeps indexing. The Free plan covers the last 90 days.

Ask
Ask in English or German, the way you'd ask a colleague. Hybrid search matches what you mean as well as exact terms like invoice numbers.

Check
Every answer cites the emails it is based on, and you can open each one. Answers are AI-generated, so the cited sources are what counts.

Each answer lists the exact emails it draws on. Open a source to read it in full and confirm the answer yourself. Every answer is labelled as AI-generated, because AI can be wrong.

From answer to reply, with you in control.
Let Quri draft a reply from the conversation. You review and edit it, then send it through your own mailbox. Nothing goes out until you press send.

№ 03 — Privacy
Your mail is stored in the EU. Your rights are built in.

Your emails, search index and account data are stored and processed in EU regions: Convex EU for the database, Qdrant EU for search.
Transparent AI processing
To answer, relevant email excerpts go to our AI provider (OpenAI, optionally Anthropic) as a subprocessor. OpenAI does not use API data for training.
Encrypted credentials
Mailbox passwords and API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using versioned keys. Email content is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.
Export & real deletion
Every plan, including Free, can export all data and delete the account for real. No ads, and we never sell your data.

All questions and answersWhere is my data stored?
In the EU. Your account data, emails and search index are stored and processed in EU regions: the database runs in Convex's EU region and the search index in Qdrant's EU region. Sign-in is handled by Clerk in the US. Every provider, with its location, is listed on our subprocessors page.
Who else processes my data?
A small set of subprocessors, each for a specific job: Clerk for sign-in, Convex for the database, Qdrant for the search index, OpenAI (and Anthropic, if selected) for AI answers and drafts, Resend for transactional email and Vercel for hosting. Stripe (payments) and Neon (pseudonymous usage analytics) are only used where enabled. See the subprocessors page for locations and transfer safeguards.
Is my email used to train AI models?
No. Quri does not train AI models on your email, and OpenAI does not use data sent through its API for training. To index your mail and answer questions, the relevant text is sent to the AI provider as our subprocessor. Where configured, OpenAI processes requests with EU data residency.
Can I export my data?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Start an export yourself in the app's settings. When it's ready, you get an email with a download link that expires after 7 days.
What happens when I delete my account?
Your data is actually deleted, on every plan: mailbox credentials, emails, the search index, AI conversations and drafts. Provider access is revoked and syncing stops. Security audit records are pseudonymized rather than kept under your name. Emails that are removed from your mailbox are purged from Quri after 30 days.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are in euros and shown excluding VAT. If you buy as a private individual, VAT at your country's rate is added at checkout.
